What’s Included
Each guest will have a personalized A-frame Tent, complete with all the amenities. Our offerings are thoughtfully designed to cater to both boys and girls, ensuring an enchanting experience for all.
Packages include beautiful wooden indoor A-frame Tents, deluxe inflatable mattresses, fitted sheet, blanket for each bed, themed decorative pillow, decorative garlands and decorative accessories to match chosen theme, lanterns or tray lights, breakfast trays and a personalized letter board for the guest of honor.
All themes are available for our A-frame Tent sleepover parties or our unique Yurt parties.
Our A-frame Tents are designed for a fun indoor experience while our Yurt allows you to take the party outside. Whichever option you choose, your party goers are sure to have a delightful experience.
** In consideration of hygiene, we kindly ask guests to bring their own pillows for sleeping.
Investment
Starting at $300: Your package begins at a base cost of $300 and includes 4 A-frame Tents for indoor parties or $400 for the Yurt party with 4 guest setups inside. There is an additional $50 per person charge for either party type with an 8 person maximum.
** Balloon accents are available for an additional fee.
This comprehensive rate covers overnight rental and delivery within a 20-mile radius of our location. For locations beyond this range, a nominal extra delivery fee of $50 applies.
Easy Booking Process: A 50 percent deposit is required upon booking to secure your reservation. The remaining payment is to be settled two weeks prior to your event, making the process smooth and stress-free.
Looking for a Sleep Under Event?
The trend of "Sleep Under" parties is gaining considerable popularity, and we're excited to contribute to any such festivities! (For your information, "Sleep Under" parties involve guests attending the event in pajamas and engaging in all the usual sleepover activities, but without spending the night!) Contact us and we will assist you in planning your sleep under event.
Policies
Venue Requirements:
The venue or home space must offer sufficient space to accommodate tents and mattresses comfortably. Prior to our arrival, please ensure that all furniture and belongings have been cleared, as we are unable to assist with furniture relocation. Additionally, we kindly request that the designated event area remain free from pets and smoking. To facilitate the booking process, kindly provide us with information regarding the available space for your event.
If you opt for a hotel or clubhouse as the event venue, please be aware that you will be responsible for covering all associated fees.
Cancellation:
If you need to cancel or change dates you must notify us at least 7 days prior to your event. A change of dates will be based on availability of the preferred date.
No refunds are granted for cancellations within 7 days of your event date.
Food and Beverage :
In our effort to ensure an impeccable experience for all, we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our food and beverage policy. We kindly ask that you consider the following guidelines when planning your refreshments:
To maintain the pristine quality of our linens and fabrics, we request that only light, dry snacks and clear beverages be enjoyed within the tents.
We encourage you to opt for snacks and drinks that don't leave behind greasy or messy residues. Most foods are best enjoyed away from the tents, ensuring the utmost cleanliness and comfort for all attendees.
We kindly ask that you refrain from serving fruit punch or cola products within the A-frame Tents and Yurt. Clear beverages only.
Damages:
At Seed and Sonder Events, we take pride in providing you with an enchanting setting for your gathering. To ensure the continued beauty and quality of our items the following damage policy applies.
Any damage to the property of Seed and Sonder Events will result in the assessment of charges to the client. We kindly request that you keep items that may stain or damage our fabrics and linens out of the tents. Such items include paint, markers, nail polish, makeup, colored drinks, food, or slime products.
The decorative pillows in the tents are intended solely for aesthetic purposes and are not to be used for sleeping. They contribute to the elegance of the setup and enhance the overall ambiance.
The display trays positioned in front of the tents serve as both décor and functional components of the experience. They are designed to hold any additional items or favors you may wish to include in your package. However, we kindly request that these trays not be utilized for arts and crafts activities or as surfaces for meals.
We appreciate your understanding and commitment to maintaining the quality of our offerings.
Additional Responsibilities:
Once our inventory is set up at the event location, any damage or loss incurred falls outside of our responsibility. While we aim to provide a seamless experience, accidents can happen. Therefore, we assume no responsibility or liability for accidents, damages, or losses that might occur during the event. The client is deemed entirely financially responsible for any damage that may occur to our property.
We acknowledge that allergies and sensitivities vary from person to person. While we take measures to create a safe and enjoyable environment, Seed and Sonder Events cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions that might arise from activities during the rental period of our products. Similarly, we are not liable for allergic or medical reactions resulting from the food menu, the wearing of costumes, or materials provided at the event.
