How the Process Works

Hosting a luxury picnic has never been easier – we're here to make it hassle-free and stress-free for you!

Choose a date that works for you. To secure your preferred slot and theme, we recommend booking at least one month in advance.
You can choose the location of your choice. We will come to your backyard, inside your home or to your favorite spot. On the day of your event, our team arrives at your chosen location to work their magic. We set up the low to the ground picnic table, arrange accents, and create a captivating atmosphere that perfectly suits your chosen theme. The setup and styling take approximately 60-90 minutes, ensuring every detail is just right. We strive to complete the setup at least 30 minutes prior to your guests arrival.
Please be aware that it will be your responsibility to ensure that the picnic set up is allowed in the location you choose. Many parks in the Denver Metro area allow picnic set-ups without a reservation. These include but are not limited to, Wash Park, City Park, Cheesman Park, Sloan’s Lake Park, Ruby Hill Park, Alamo Placita Park, Berkeley Park and Commons Park. Rules and policies change and it is always a good idea to check with Denver Parks and Recreation or the specific municipality where the park is located before planning a setup.
Possible park locations in the Littleton / Highlands Ranch area include Chatfield State Park, Highline Canal Trail, Civic Greens Park, Redstone Park, South Platte Park and Northridge Park. Given the unique nature of our picnics, reaching out directly to the Highlands Ranch Metro District or Littleton's Parks and Recreation Department might provide clarity on the most suitable locations and any necessary permissions.
With everything in place, you're all set to enjoy your special event. We'll ensure everything is organized and ready for your guests to dive into the fun and excitement. Before leaving, we'll confirm the collection time, ensuring a smooth and timely wrap-up.
